Order process
From drawing to container

Send a drawing
A model code, a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample all work as a starting point.

Confirm the quote
We agree the temperature range, dial diameter, connection, dial artwork, packaging and quantity.

Approve the sample
A pre-production sample is sent for sign-off and a sealed copy is kept on file against the order.

Ship from Ningbo
Production, inspection and packing are followed by container loading at the port, or consolidation as you prefer.
Questions buyers ask first
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the model and on whether the dial is a standard print or custom artwork. Send the model list and we will quote a workable quantity for a first order, including mixed-model cartons.
Can you print our own logo, dial artwork and packaging?
Yes. Dial faces, case finish, logo printing, retail packaging, barcode labels and instruction inserts are all produced to the buyer's specification, and a sealed sample is kept on file for the production run.
What do you need from us to quote?
A model code or a drawing, the temperature range and dial diameter, the connection type, and your target packaging. If all you have is a photograph or a competitor sample, send that and we will work back to a specification.
Which temperature ranges and dial sizes can you make?
Bimetal and capillary instruments cover roughly -50 °C to 550 °C, in case diameters from about 20 mm to 160 mm, with axial, radial or adjustable-angle connections and optional thermowell or capillary lead.
Do you supply thermometers that meet EN 13190?
Pipe and process thermometers are produced in EN 13190 class 2 accuracy, and the standard is printed on the dial. Tell us the accuracy class your market expects and we will confirm it against the model.
