A register entry describes what applies to the range; it is not a claim about any single shipment. Every certificate and test report is issued for the specific model and destination on request.

How an order is controlled

Four points where the order is checked, all of them before the container is loaded.

  • The specification is fixed in writing

    Dial scale, units, stem length, model code and packing are confirmed against your order before the line starts. That confirmed document is what the run is checked against.

  • The approved sample is the reference

    On OEM and ODM orders, the sample you approved stays with the plant as the physical reference for the run, rather than a photograph or a note.

  • Calibration stays on site

    Instruments are compared against a reference and the pointer is set before packing, so the check is part of the line instead of a separate trip out of the building.

  • Documents follow the destination

    The paperwork that travels with an order is decided by market. Tell the export desk what your customs broker or your retail customer asks for and it is prepared with the shipment.
